After a visit to Sheffield Park (run by the National Trust) we visited the nearby station on the preserved Bluebell Railway. There was a lot more to see at the station than we expected and we didn’t go for a trip on the train.

The approach.

There was quite a bit of coming and going of trains whilst we were there.


The engine shed.

Taking this was a bit tricky. The sun was in our eyes and we couldn’t see whether the engine was in shot.
