There are proposals to redevelop Peckham Rye station, which was also the case when “100 Best Railway Stations” was written. The area and station certainly need some attention and one of the photos shows that plans are being advertised.
We walked from to Denmark Hill station, which would have been about 20 minutes, but we bought hot drinks from the Peckham Rye station and consumed them in the park along the way.
